Stay ahead of the curve.
Today i understood how important it is for a company to stay on top of their accounting information and day to day operations. If, left in the hand of others the probability for there to be errors is high.
Pivot along the way.
I learned today that pivoting is NEVER a bad idea. Allowing for pivots, give you the alternative to cut expenses, re-examine the (MVP) the Minimal Viable Product.
